ScrollerSites provides a service to convert uploaded videos into scroll-based animations ("Apple-style" scroll animations) and hosts the generated frames on a CDN for embedding on third-party websites.
You retain all rights to the videos and images you upload. By uploading content, you grant ScrollerSites a limited license to process, store, and serve the uploaded content and its generated frames solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum reliability, ScrollerSites makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous uptime or specific performance metrics of our embedded widgets or CDN hosting.
Certain features (e.g., removal of ScrollerSites watermarks, higher frame limits, advanced analytics) require a paid Pro or Agency subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring schedule and are non-refundable unless explicitly required by applicable law.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any disputes.
